Breakfast Cookies!



3 small ripe bananas (mashed)

2 eggs or flax eggs

1/2 cup of fatso cocoa peanut butter (or any nut butter)

2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp honey

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup oat bran or oat flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

4 Tbsps raw walnuts (crushed)

1/2 cup small dark chocolate chips

3 Tbsp shredded coconut

1 Tbsp cinnamon

*** optional: add dried apricot, cranberries or cherries!***


1. Preheat oven at 350

2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl

3. Add all of the wet ingredients and mix well!

4. Once the nut butter is well mixed in with the wet ingredients add the dry ingredients.

5. Grease baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes!

6. Enjoy :)
