Lavender Almond Milk



1/2 cup of almonds soaked overnight

2 medjool dates pitted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp fresh lavender petals

2 1/2 cups water


  1. Soak the almonds overnight. Drain and rinse the next morning. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend. Strain through a nut milk bag!

* You can always use the left over nut pulp for homemade granola! 

* You can leave out the lavender if you're not a fan of lavender.
