Macadamia Cardamom Mylk



1/2 cup of unsalted macadamia nuts (option to soak these for a couple hours)

1/2 to 1 medjool date pitted or 2 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cardamom

2 pinches of cinnamon

2 cups water


  1. Soak the macadamia nuts for 1-2 hours (optional). Rinse and drain.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend in a high performance blender until it is creamy white. Strain through a nut milk bag and store in the fridge!

* You can always use the left over nut pulp for homemade granola!
