Matcha Green Smoothie

     Ingredients:

      1 cup of Spinach

      ½ teaspoon of Matcha powder

      1 cup of Almond Milk

      1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder

      1 small Banana

1 scoop of collagen powder (optional)

      3 ice cubes

Topping: Pinch of bee pollen (I use Beekeeper's Naturals)

 

Directions: 

  1.       Blend and serve with a pinch of bee pollen! 

 

Optional: add one scoop of collagen powder to support the collagen in your hair, skin, nails, tendons and ligaments!
