Peach & Quinoa Porridge



1/4 cup Dried Quinoa

1/2 cup Water

1/3 cup Almond Milk 

1 Tbsp Almond Butter (or other nut butters)

1/4 tsp Honey

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Cinnamon (can add more or less)



1 peach, sliced

Coconut Flakes

Almond Slices 


1. Cook the 1/4 cup of Quinoa in 1/2 cup of water (you can always prep this the night before and store the cooked quinoa in a container in your fridge). 

2. Mix the cooked quinoa with almond milk, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a saucepan. 

3. Cook until the almond milk has made the quinoa into a porridge and until its heated to your liking. 

4. Layer with coconut flakes, almond slices and sliced peaches. 

5. Enjoy :)
